Locally owned and operated by

Bettye Jenkins for over 40 years in Chapel Hill, NC. 

 

Bettye was born in Chapel Hill, NC and raised by her grandmother, Ada Edwards, one of the original Franklin Street Flower Ladies of Chapel Hill.
