SHIPPING POLICY
Occasionally, customers see a product on our website that they desire to be shipped. It is possible.
The item must be paid in full before shipping. The customer must pay 50%, or half of the total price before the arrangement has been started. Customers must also pay for shipping charges (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). If your arrangement must be shipped, please allow enough time for your order to be received for your event.

RETURN POLICY
Before your order is shipped, you will receive a photo of the product. Once the product has been shipped, no returns will be accepted.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
Please know we do not keep or store any personal information. Your information will be destroyed once the purchase is completed and approved by our merchant companies.
